The Melbourne Road project included the full refurbishment of an existing heritage building and second storey extension, and the construction of an architecturally-designed luxury townhouse at the rear of the property.

 

The original property was listed as contributory to the overall heritage character of Williamstown, making redevelopment particularly challenging. The renovation and development was done at a very high and very strictly checked standard. The attention to detail showcases our trademark building style.
